Postcards From Positano

As winter keeps us wrapped up in coats and scarves, many of you are looking for an escape to sunny Europe and the islands. Our staff are no different - we love travelling, wine, good food and sun-kissed mornings spent in little towns in Europe or on the beaches of Fiji. We wanted to bring you some first-hand experiences from Stella’s adventure. If you’ve ever shopped with us, chances are you have met our lovely Stella. She is one of our part-timers, studying away in the south of the country and travelling in her breaks from student life. Having Croatian roots, Stella loves going back to the Croatian coast with her family as often as she can. In this edition of postcards, Stella shares some of her favourite places to explore, dine in and also which Hot Body pieces she wore while away.

Croatia

Known for its sapphire waters, ancient walled towns and postcard-worthy palaces, Croatia is a spectacular destination with so much to explore. After taking in the sights, Stella recommends dining at the best restaurant in Split - Bokeria Kitchen and Wine. Famed for its Dalmatian vibe in a unique vibrant piazza, you’ll find one of the best truffle pasta dishes and an array of wines that are perfect for a lazy weekend brunch. Looking for a more traditional dwelling? Head to Konoba Marco Polo in the old town of Korcula for handmade pasta and a large selection of delicious dishes.

Stella recommends starting your day with breakfast at Casa De Bottega - a bistro and design destination with fresh, healthy Italian food options that will keep you fuelled for your travels. A day spent at Fornilla -  a black pebble beach that’s nestled away from the crowded Spiaggia Grande - is also an absolute must.
